Do guests have to maintain pool, hot tub and garden?

All is taken care of by staff who live seperately in the grounds away from the villa.

Can I smoke inside?

Not inside. Only outside on the terraces. We have to be careful in the summer as cigarettes cause massive fires along the coast every year.
